Brooklyn Sportsman Club is a non-profit member run club located in Southern Michigan’s Irish Hills area. They offer many different activities for the sportsman to participate in. Their primary activities are focused around shooting events. However, they also have archery activities and family oriented events.

The purpose of the Charlevoix Rod and Gun Club is: - To advance the protection and propagation of fish, game and insectivorous birds, in both state and nation, and to assist in the enforcement and enactment of laws favorable to fish, game, and forestry laws. - To do everything possible to eliminate pollution of our water courses from the standpoint of public health, scenic beauty and as an economic measure, as well as to restore fish and game life. - To prevent the malicious destruction of property by hunters and fishermen, to interest the general public in the sportsman-like methods of taking fish and game. - To teach and promote the safe use of sporting firearms and archery. - To interest the general public in reforestation. - To bring about the friendly relations between sportsmen and land owners. - To encourage the study and to record the natural history of fish and game species. - To maintain a clean and wholesome facility in which to promote sportsmanship.

The Detroit Gun Club has been at its current location since 1954. The Detroit Gun Club has Nine (9) registered skeet fields, 9 registered trap fields, an 8-machine 5-stand,and a 13 station (3 machines per station) sporting clay course.

The Grand Blanc Huntsman’s Club was founded in 1957, dedicated to conservation and sportsmanship, to promote and encourage fellowship between members and their families and to provide facilities for the instruction and safe use of all lawful firearms. The club sits on 80 acres in mid-Michigan, only a short drive from anywhere in Genesee, Lapeer and northern Oakland counties, and offers some of the best informal and competition Trap, Skeet, 5-Stand and Sporting Clays shooting in the State.

Michigan Shooting Centers, owned by shooting professional Pat Lieske, operates both Island Lake Shooting Range in Brighton, Michigan and Bald Mountain Shooting Range in Lake Orion, Michigan. If you are looking for a place to take aim, look no further! This state-of-the-art amenities are open to the public and include: sporting clays, five stand, skeet, trap, rifle, pistol and archery. Visit either location and enjoy some of the best recreational shooting available!

Their facilities currently include a 13-station sporting clays course, equipped with the latest-and-greatest in trap technology! They have installed a new, wireless, long-range target system.
